Police thank public for help in locating woman last seen in Hartlepool

Cleveland Police has thanked the public for supporting an appeal to find a missing woman, who was previously seen on Bank Holiday Monday in Hartlepool.

Kelly Smythe, 34, was last seen in central Hartlepool on Bank Holiday Monday – May 25 – at around 6.30pm.

Cleveland Police called for the public’s help in finding her in an appeal on Wednesday, May 27.

The force confirmed on Thursday, May 28, that Kelly had been located and a spokeswoman thanked the public for supporting the appeal.
