Stealing scrap, possessing cocaine and other recent Hartlepool court cases

The following cases from the Hartlepool area were dealt with recently at Teesside Magistrates’ Court:

William George Stamper, 37, of St Ann’s Court, Hartlepool, received a 12-month conditional discharge and was ordered to pay a £34 victim surcharge and £85 prosecution costs after admitting stealing scrap metal on May 10.

Claire Louise Nossiter, 29, of Ivanhoe Crescent, Hartlepool, was banned from driving for 12 months and ordered to pay an £165 fine, £34 victim surcharge and £85 costs after admitting drug driving and possessing cocaine on June 23 last year.

Glen Coxon, 29, of Dorset Street, Hartlepool, was ordered to pay an £80 fine, £34 victim surcharge and £85 costs after admitting causing criminal damage to a motor vehicle door on May 9.

Daniel Jeffrey Sawdon, 28, of Brambling Grove, Wynyard, was banned from driving for 12 months and ordered to pay a £788 fine, £79 victim surcharge and £85 costs after admitting drink driving on May 9.

Jade Dobie, 21, of Pine Grove, Hartlepool, received a 12-month conditional discharge and was ordered to pay £100 compensation and £100 costs after admitting causing criminal damage to a window on January 15.

Karl Foster, 32, of Topcliffe Street, Hartlepool, received a 12-month conditional discharge and was ordered to pay a £22 victim surcharge and £85 costs after admitting possessing cannabis on May 10.

Anthony Stuart Pegg, 51, of Ventnor Avenue, Hartlepool, received a six-month conditional discharge and was ordered to pay a £21 victim surcharge after admitting drunk and disorderly behaviour on May 8.
