Three arrested and police probe launched after man's death in Hartlepool

Police were called to an address on Duke Street in the town at around 2pm today, April 10, following reports of a man’s death.

An investigation has been launched into the circumstances around the death and three people have have been arrested in connection with the incident.

Police have confirmed that those arrested are a 26-year-old man, 28-year-old man and 25-year-old woman.

Forensic teams could be seen at the house which was sealed off by police earlier today.

A Cleveland Police spokeswoman said: “We were called at around 2pm today to a report of a man’s death in an address in Duke Street, Hartlepool.

“An investigation has begun into the circumstances of the man’s death.

“A 26-year-old man, 28-year-old man and 25-year-old woman have been arrested in connection with the incident.”
