Members of Hartlepool Neighbourhood Policing Team found the large-scale grow inside a house in Sheriff Street in the town on Friday, April 24.

In addition to 400 plants, members of the unit also found the electricity had been bypassed and wiring left in a dangerous condition, posing a “dangerous fire risk” to neighbours.
