Two men arrested following suspicious behaviour in Hartlepool
Two men have been arrested on suspicion of going equipped for theft in Hartlepool.

On Tuesday Cleveland Police received a report about two men
acting suspiciously on Windermere Road in Hartlepool.
The men, both aged 43, were arrested after officers stopped and searched them.
A spokesperson for Cleveland Police said: “Both of the men were reportedly believed to be in the possession of tools and a torch.”
They currently remain in custody.
