Two men arrested in Hartlepool after cocaine and knife found in Volvo

Two men have been arrested after police found cocaine and a knife in a Volvo.

Officers from Hartlepool CID stopped the vehicle as part of routine patrols on Rossmere Way, Hartlepool, around 11.45am on Friday, February 12.

A quantity of cocaine and cannabis were seized from the Volvo and a knife was also recovered.

Two men, aged 23 and 27, were arrested on suspicion of drug driving and possession of an offensive weapon. Both men remain in police custody at this time.
