Paul said that because there was such a huge interest, “I’ve opened up another free Back Pain and Sciatica Workshop event at our Hartlepool clinic.”

It will be held on Saturday starting at 12.30pm, and Paul said it was aimed at anyone “currently suffering from back-pain and wants to get to the root-cause of it, as well as discover how to get back to living the life you deserve.”

Sessions are aimed at people who suffer with back or leg pain when they stand or walk. It is also targated at people who:

n Have pain when they sit for long periods;

Paul said: “Back pain and sciatica can completely ruin peoples’ life. It can have people needing to lean on the shopping cart when they are walking through the supermarket. It can stop you from sleeping, mess up travel plans, force you to go on the sick and simply drain any enjoyment out of life until it is gone.”

But help doesn’t have to involve pills. The workshop will highlight the mistakes which stop people from healing, the three most common causes of lower back pain, the best treatments and how to pick the right one.
