There will be complimentary drinks, a tombola and discounts on classes at the studio, which has brand new facilities.

Ami said: “I have volunteered my time in coaching at several clubs since I was 12 years of age.

“Then at 17 I qualified as a zumba Instructor, and from then I have attended other fitness/dance courses and become qualified in a variety of fitness workouts.

“I have always loved sport and fitness and now I would like to progress that by supporting and helping others.

“My aim is to get as many people involved in fitness as possible, we always vary our classes so that they suit all ages, fitness levels and abilities.

“We are hoping that when we expand we get a lot more people coming to the studio as we are offering a variety of different classes for both adults and children.

“We have put so much time and effort into structuring our timetable and making sure we develop our new studio as best as we can, so that it accommodates even more people out there that don’t already attend Move It.”

“We have designed some of our classes in the dark with disco lighting, this is so all those less confident people can find a workout and enjoy it without feeling uncomfortable.”

Move It offers classes such as zumba fitness, kettfusion, cheerleading, boxercise, tumbling, boot camps and much more.
