Kaine Ward, 17, star of Sky 1’s Got to Dance series, was the special guest act in the theatre, which is home to long-running musical Phantom of the Opera.

Kate Williams, founder and head coach of Casting Call, said: “The support from local businesses and people while fundraising for this trip has been overwhelming.

“It was a tiring process, the performers rehearsed every Sunday leading up to the performance but every second was more than worth it.

“They blew the audience away and we’ve had nothing but amazing feedback. It was a great experience for the members, for some of whom it was their first time in London and it is definitely something we will be looking forward to in the future.”
