Adam Jackson: My man of the match, had a strong performance against a very dangerous side. Had a lot to do and did it well. 8

Jake Carroll: Warmed into it after a tough start and got forward second half. 6

Brad Walker: Holding midfield role does not look the position for Brad, subbed at interval. 5

Michael Woods: Tried to get Pools on front foot, posiytive throughout. 7

Josh Laurent: Pretty good full debut, was, like Woods, positive. Had one cracking run late-ish on, only to let himself down with heavy touch. 6

Jake Gray: Back in side after getting a rest on Saturday and a couple of lively runs here and there. 6

Rakish Bingham: Suffered with a heavy touch at times but cracking header for his fourth goal of season. Subbed late on. 6

Nathan Thomas: Looked a major threat at times in the first half when Pools got him the ball, but little joy in the second 45 unfortunately. 6

Nicky Featherstone (for Walker 46): Outstanding at the heart of the midfield, got on the ball and got Pools a foothold in the game. 8

Luke James (for Gray 63): Had a header deflected for a corner and won Pools a free-kick in a good position late on. 6

Rhys Oates (for Bingham 82); Saw little of the play. N/A

Unused subs: Bartlett, R Jones, Magnay, Nelson-Addy.
