Scots in 1979 failed to pass Callaghan’s test.
It was another 20 years before Scotland opened the Holyrood Parliament under Tony Blair.
On June 23 in England and Wales only 37.44% of the electorate voted to leave the EU and 34.56% voted to remain in the EU, 28% of registered voters abstained.

Only 55% of people voted in the last Scottish Parliamentary election.
Was there anything of substance which actually came out of the vote on June 23?
Where, oh where, did Governor of the Bank of England Mark Carney Governor find all that money he said he had available to support the banks?

I take it, now the crisis is supposed to be over, we shall hear no more about austerity nor closing down our local A&E departments in our NHS hospitals, since all this money is so readily available.
