Letter of the week: Praise for a Hartlepool hero

I would like to thank Joe Michna, manager at Hartlepool Citizens Advice Bureau for his knowledge, support and advice on an employment law issue I had.

This month Joe will have been at CAB for 30 years.

I would like to raise awareness that it provides an invaluable service, even to clients outside of its catchment area, in an efficient and professional manner, completely addressing my issue.

If there is any possibility of raising awareness to ensure continued access to CAB, any exposure would greatly improve what support, advice and guidance it provides.
