Man flown to hospital after motorbike crash in Hartlepool

A man was flown to hospital by air ambulance following a motorbike crash in Hartlepool.

The Great North Air Ambulance landed on the field at St Helen's Primary School on Durham Street at around 7.14pm on Saturday, July 3 and left the scene at 7.49pm.

The service confirmed it flew one man to hospital following the incident which took place on Durham Street itself. His condition is not yet known.
