Middlesbrough eyeing FOUR new signings - including Newcastle and Leeds targets
Middlesbrough could be set for ANOTHER double swoop, according to reports today.
Tony Pulis' side are reportedly close to sealing moves for Everton duo Mo Besic and Yannick Bolasie - two players that the Boro boss has been heavily interested in over recent weeks.
Bolasie was on Teesside yesterday while Besic - who has also been linked with Leeds and Swansea - is also thought to be near to a return to the Riverside Stadium.
And reports today suggest that the Premier League pair might not be the only new faces to arrive at the club before the loan window closes on 31 August.
Pulis has made no secret of his desire to add depth to his squad and two further recruits could be inbound from the top flight.
Teamtalk are reporting that Middlesbrough are keen on Crystal Palace attacker Jason Puncheon.
The 32-year-old was linked with Newcastle United earlier this month and has reportedly been told that he has no future at Selhurst Park - despite the man himself being keen to stay at the club and fight for his place.
And Boro are thought to be 'leading the charge' for the experienced attacker, with a loan-to-buy deal an option.
Meanwhile, the Mirror are claiming that Southampton defender Matt Targett is another man being eyed by Pulis.
The 22-year-old full-back has struggled for first team opportunities on the south coast and Boro, along with Championship rivals Aston Villa, are thought to be keen on sealing a loan move.
