JILL MORTIMER MP: Super fast fibre broadband brings great opportunities

Last Friday was another packed day in Hartlepool – a number of constituents came into my office as part of my latest surgery, and I also held several meetings – one of which was about the potential for redevelopment of dilapidated housing to introduce carbon-free social housing while preserving our precious green spaces.
