One month of Lockdown 3 – Mail readers have their say on Covid rules

Lockdown 3, set out by Mr Johnson on Monday, January 4, once again called on the nation to stay at home as much as possible to protect the NHS and save lives, going out only for a number of limited reasons.
These include essential shopping, for daily exercise and to attend medical appointments.

Hide AdThe rules were voted on in the House of Commons on Wednesday, January 6 before passing into legislation.
The Prime Minister is expected to set out a “route map” out of lockdown on Monday, February 22.
