Hartlepool is enjoying all the fun of the fair following the return of the town’s annual carnival.

The event officially opened at the Town Moor on Thursday, July 28, by the Mayor of Hartlepool, Councillor Brian Cowie and the Mayoress, Veronica Nicholson.
