It’s the first time Pools have been promoted in 14 years and the celebration was marked in style with an open top parade bus around Hartlepool.
The team showed off their play-off final trophy during the parade which started in Seaton Carew and ended at the Fens.
Fans gathered along Victoria Road to celebrate with players following the club’s dramatic win on Sunday against Torquay United after extra time and penalties in Bristol.
Check out these fantastic photos of the celebrations.
