13 pictures of quiet Hartlepool Headland and marina as town looks set for an empty Easter

But as the coronavirus lockdown continues, this weekend is set to be much quieter than usual if these scenes of visitor hotspots the Headland and marina are anything to go by.

Mail photographer Stuart Norton found the majority of people are sticking to the rules to stay at home and only go out when absolutely necessary and for daily exercise starting and ending from home.

People have also appealed to people to continue to follow the rules over Easter.
