Come Dine With Me is on the lookout for home cooks in Hartlepool – here’s how to apply

The hit Channel 4 cooking show Come Dine With Me is looking for home cooks in our region for its new series – with a chance to win £1,000 if you host the best dinner party.

Casting Producer Sasha Risner said: "Following the success of previous episodes in the North East we are back looking for hosts to create the recipe for success.

"We are looking for keen cooks with bags of energy and who are up for the challenge of winning £1,000."

If you’d like to take part, you need be over 18 and not working or trained as a professional chef.

This year the series will be filmed using a centralised house to host social dinner parties due to the ongoing pandemic.

The shoot will take place between Monday, July 19, and Friday, July 23.
