“Residents who have already moved here love its peaceful rural setting, superb road links and the fact there are a number of well-regarded schools in the area.
“The properties at Regency Manor have been designed with a range of buyers in mind, from growing families to professionals, and there has been interest from people both living locally and further afield.
“There are two show homes for visitors to explore at Regency Manor, so I would encourage house-hunters at all stages of the property ladder to head down to the sales centre, which is open daily, to see what this attractive new development has to offer.”

Regency Manor is one of a number of housing developments in the pipeline for Wynyard, expected to make it bigger than Sedgefield and Stokesley.
As part of the 2018 Hartlepool Local Plan, Wynyard is allocated to deliver around 730 homes in the borough, with more on the Stockton side of the development.
