A fundraising quiz called Davey Hopper’s Late Night Pot Noodle Game Show, will be live streamed from the Customs House Facebook page to bring some light-hearted relief during the coronavirus lockdown.
Taking place on Sunday, April 19, at 9pm, the event hosted by Dave Hopper will see a host of famous faces take part in a game show style quiz with the aim of raising funds for the much-loved theatre and arts venue in South Shields.

The recommended viewing age for the show is 16 plus.
Joining the celebrity line up will be BBC Radio Newcastle presenter Alfie Joey, who is well known for his brilliant impersonations following his appearance on Britain's Got Talent stage as one half of The Mimic Men.
Comedian Jason Cook, who holds his own regular comedy club at the Customs House, will also be taking part as well as BBC North East and Cumbria newsreader, Jeff Brown.
In a post on its Facebook page after it was confirmed that Jade Thirlwall was among the stars taking part, the Customs House said: “She has the golden heart of The Customs House and although her Wings were made to fly, she’s never forgotten where she comes from.

“We’ve got to Salute Jade Thirlwall for all she’s done for The Customs House over the years, as although the X Factor can Change Your Life, as if by Black Magic, she’s still supporting her home theatre where it all began.”
As a result of the coronavirus lockdown its events are being rescheduled and booked tickets are being transferred to the new dates which can be found on the Customs House website.
