Mega marathon man raises more than £1,000 for a Hartlepool cause - and he's planning more
The 32-year-old has handed over £1,109 to town-based mental health charity MindsForMen/WellnessForWomen.

Hide AdHe also did a Virtual Great North Run, the Gateshead Winter Runner course, the Mad March Mare challenge which was a 10km with obstacles in February, and the Yorkshire Three Peaks challenge.
He had hoped to complete challenges each month in 2020 but the pandemic has put paid to that plan – although he plans to do 12 events next year.
One of them, he said, would be an Iron Man event and he hoped to get ‘12 medals next year’.
However, he has already raised a huge sum of money for a charity which is part of the Miles for Men movement and its founder Micky Day said: “We can't thank Scott enough for the support through difficult times.

Hide Ad"Due to Covid-19, Scott was wanting to achieve one competition a month but was unable to do so but what he has done in just short time was an amazing achievement.”
But his hope is that he can get people to become more active. He said one person who has followed his story had done a five mile run.
