Police deal with man on roof in Hartlepool street

Police were called after reports were made of a disturbance on Murray Street in Hartlepool.

They were contacted at 1.20pm on Tuesday, August 11, when it was reported that a man was on the roof of a property in the street.

Cleveland Police officers attended the scene, as did Cleveland Fire Brigade, and the man was assisted back down.

He was then given medical assistance.

Police say that their enquiries into the incident are still ongoing.
