Santa has come to town! Details of where you and your children can see him in Hartlepool this week
Father Christmas and his elves are touring the streets of Hartlepool on his sleigh visiting children and families who come out to greet him.
The route for Monday, December 9, is: 5.30pm at Powlett Road, then stopping at Brougham Terrace, Museum Road, Mainsforth Terrace, Burn Road, South Parade and Kendal Road.

Hide AdTuesday’s route Tuesday, December 10 is: 5.15pm starting from Seaton Carew Sports & Social Club, Elizabeth Way, Seaton Carew, then stopping at Elizabeth Way shops, Warrior Drive, Truro Drive, Maxwell Road, Eskdale Road, Marlowe Road and ending at The Greenside pub on Stockton Road.
Details for the last night on Wednesday, December 11, is: 5.30pm start at West Hartlepool Rugby Club on Catcote Road, then via Elwick Road, town centre, Murray Street, Sandringham Road, Hart Lane, The Golden Lion, Throston, Bishop Cuthbert and ending at the Tall Ships pub.
Santa will take delivery of children’s letters, stop for photographs and give out sweets.
The festive treat is being organised thanks to Hartlepool Round Table and got underway on Sunday, December 8, taking in the north of the town including Clavering, Hart Station, King Oswy, West View, Central Estate, and the Headland.
