An appeal has been shared by police as they search for a 15-year-old boy last seen in Hartlepool.

Cleveland Police has issued an alert as its officers look for Jake Finn, 15, who was last seen in the town on Tuesday, May 11 and also has links to Stockton and Middlesbrough.

He was last seen wearing a black Nike jacket, a dark grey bodywarmer and joggers and black Nike trainers.
