Fans and residents are invited to come out of their homes and cheer the team during the procession on Friday, June 25, which will start in Seaton Carew and end at the Fens.
To avoid large crowds gathering it will not go past Victoria Park football ground and anyone with Covid-19 symptoms or is self-isolating is told not to attend.
