The Seniors Section of High Throston Golf Club still managed to raise £500 for their chosen charity of the year in spite of lockdowns and other restrictions.

Alice House was chairman Arthur Turnbull’s chosen charity and the seniors have supported the hospice in previous years.

It is a cause close to a number of players’ hearts, particularly for the care it gives to people living with cancer.
