The Hartlepool man who is running 300 miles - with a grand finale dressed as Santa Claus!

The Hartlepool man has already tackled 240 of his planned 300 mile run for Miles for Men.
He told the Mail: “I have less than 60 miles left to run and buy December 6 I will have my last 10 miles to do. I plan to do the last 10 mile on Seaton sea front dressed as Santa Claus.”

Hide AdHe previously told the Mail he was supporting the town cause as ‘I have lost family and friends who died of cancer’.
Anthony is a strong supporter of the charity and has run the Miles for Men annual race six times. He has also been involved in two fundraising boxing matches.

Hide AdAnthony had also been doing boot camp sessions from Monday to Thursday each week with the help of Steven Smith from the Body Doctors based at Seaton Carew.
But Anthony told the Mail: “With the second lockdown, I haven’t been able to go to boot camp at The Domes but Steven has been training us on line 4 days a week and that has been a great help for my running.”
