It is part of Scott’s hope of creating positivity and active mental health at a time when many people have faced struggles during the lockdown.

"I will be doing all the driving and the hiking on my own,” said Scott, who used to be a Royal Marine.

Scott, who is a director with an inspection company, is also doing the challenge to ‘achieve the ethos of an active mind is a healthy mind’

"I want to promote a healthy lifestyle.”

He feels this is the perfect time to encourage others to do something active in their own way because the world has faced months of restrictions under lockdown.
