Police appeal after man indecently exposes himself to teen girl on Raby Road in Hartlepool

The incident occurred on Friday, January 22, at 3.50pm when a dark green vehicle approached the female and the man wound down his window to get the attention of the girl and then indecently exposed himself.

The man is described as white, in his early 40s, of big build with shoulder length greasy black straight hair.

He also had a black beard (around an inch growth and scruffy) and he was wearing a black t-shirt and blue jeans.
