Police called to Hartlepool street as woman's body found at property

Cleveland Police has confirmed that its officers were called out to an address on Dent Street, Hartlepool, at around 11pm on Thursday, May 7 following reports of an incident.

The force responded to reports of a person’s sudden death in the street. A woman’s body was found at a property there.

Her death is not being treated as suspicious by police, and the coroner has now been informed.

A spokeswoman for Cleveland Police told the Mail on Monday, May 11: “Police were called to a report of a sudden death of a woman on Dent Street in Hartlepool at 11pm on Thursday, May 7.

“The death is not being treated as suspicious and a file has been prepared for the coroner.”
