Plans for new gym in former village shop
and live on Freeview channel 276
Durham County Council received a planning application for the Co-operative Buildings off Cotsford Lane, Horden, in June 2020.
This included a change of use bid to convert the first floor space into a gym.

Hide AdAccording to planning documents, the site was formerly used as a clothes shop.
Floor plans submitted with the new proposals include both entrance and waiting areas, a boxing gym and a base for business Top Gym.
A decision on the plans is expected by early September following consultation.
Comments can be made by writing to the council’s planning department up until Thursday, July 30.
