Similar scenes were spotted at the Burn Road McDonald’s in Hartlepool, which itself underwent a major makeover last August.
This was the second large scale makeover at the site in recent years, after in June 2016 it underwent work to install new digital technology, along with the addition of a second drive-thru lane.
A decision is to be made on the latest plans for the McDonald’s in Marina Way by the council planning department in the near future.
