Hartlepool United have announced they're renaming the Town End next season.

The move comes at the end of a week when Pools' honorary president and Sky Sports presenter Jeff Stelling and the club's chief executive Russ Green walked 10 marathons in 10 days in aid of the charity.

The pair set off from Hartlepool on March 21 and stopped off at 31 clubs on the way in order to raise money for 'Jeff's Men United March', with Prostate Cancer the charity partner of the Football League.

The Sky Sports presenter, accompanied by Pools chief executive Russ Green, walked from Victoria Park to Wembley, raising £300,000 for the charity.

Pools made the announcement before yesterday's match against Mansfield Town, which they won 2-1 - read the match report HERE.
