Portsmouth turn their attentions to Middlesbrough midfielder as Newcastle keep hold of youngster
The 19-year-old winger is one a number of targets being considered by Kenny Jackett after Pompey were dealt a blow in their pursuit of Newcastle United youngster Sean Longstaff.

However, the midfielder is set to stay on Tyneside for at least another fortnight after some promising pre-season displays saw him catch the eye of Rafa Benitez.
