Hide AdThe monthly show, hosted by Steffen, who starred in BBC sitcom Hebburn as Big Keith, provides big laughs at a budget price.
Last night's offering saw him reunited with fellow Hebburn star Victoria Elliott, who played Denise.
The actress shared inside tales of her time filming Hebburn, working on X Factor: The Musical and her upcoming show Get Carter, which kicks off at Northern Stage later this month.

The show was kicked off by comedy duo The Mimic Men, made up of Alfie Joey and Cal Halbert, who delighted the audience with their spot-on impressions of well-known celebrities like Alan Carr, Robert DeNiro and Ant and Dec.
The duo ran through an A to Z of impressions before giving us an idea of what Liam Neeson's famous Taken speech would have sounded like if it was performed by Lord Alan Sugar or Joe Pasquale.

Before introducing his first guest, Steffen shared pictures of poorly-placed adverts that had everyone in stitches. Some were almost too outrageous to believe.
The chat show also saw South Shields poetry slam champ Scott Tyrell chat about his career and stage hypnotist Rob Temple talk about how he got into the unusual career.

The show, which raised funds for Caring For Kian, also gave audience members the chance to pose questions to the guests. Some were a little more unusual than others, but all made for a good laugh.
It'll be tough to find a show as entertaining and affordable as this in the region. Your face may ache from laughter, but your bank balance won't be hurt.
Steffen Peddie's Chat Show Thing will be back at The Stand in March after a February absence.
