Six criminals who ended up before magistrates in Hartlepool

The following people have been dealt with at Hartlepool Magistrates' Court.

Edward Coleman, 31, of Arkley Crescent, Hartlepool, was ordrered to pay £100 compensation for damaging a Skoda Octavia vehicle in Hartlepool on January 10.

Charlie Dunn, 18, of Homer Grove, Hartlepool, was fined £120 for using a motor vehicle without third party insurance in Hartlepool on December 20. He was also ordered to pay prosecution costs of £85 and a £20 victim surcharge.

Luke Madden, 22, of Arch Court, Hartlepool, was given a 12-month conditional discharge for an assault in Hartlepool on August 22. He was also ordered to pay prosecution costs of £85 and a £15 victim surcharge.

Aidan McDonald, 18, of Kendal Road, Hartlepool, was given a six-month conditional discharge for interfering with a motor vehicle in Hartlepool on September 22.

He was also ordered to pay prosecution costs of £85 and a £15 victim surcharge.

Mark Moore, 26, of Innes Road, Hartlepool, was given a six-month conditional discharge for being drunk and disorderly in a public place, namely Church Street, Hartlepool, on January 9.

Peter Bedford, 49, of Adambeard Crescent, Derbyshire, was given a six-month conditional discharge for being drunk and disorderly in a public place, namely Church Street, Hartlepool, on January 10. He was also ordered to pay prosecution costs of £85 and a £15 victim surcharge.
