Team news: Duo make Hartlepool United return at Dagenham

Blair Adams and Carl Magnay return to the Hartlepool United XI at Dagenham this afternoon.

Adams is back in at left-back after serving a one-game suspension for his sending off at Gateshead's International Stadium.

Magnay comes back in after spending a month on the sidelines with fluid on the lung and bruised ribs.

Michael Ledger, Keith Watson and Michael Woods were all declared fit pre-match, while Rhys Oates failed a late fitness test. He misses out on the matchday 16 with a dead leg.
