Top class old Hartlepool school photos - can you spot yourself?

It's back to the blackboard again today for some fresh shots of old Hartlepool schools.

Top of the form this week are youngsters at Lynnfield School, who posed for this photo in the 1950s.

Also featured are West Hartlepool Grammar students in the 1950s, as well as Brierton School pupils in 1989.

Pride of place in today’s line-up, however, goes to a shot of West Hartlepool Technical High School in Lauder Street.

The photo was provided by ex-student Bob Ord, of The Oval, who has fond memories of school life in the mid-1960s.

“I am, at present, trying to organise a get-together of those pictured - and others not in the photo,” he said.
