Framwellgate Peth located just off the A690 will be closed heading into Durham City Centre from Friday, January 17 at 8pm to Monday, January 20 at 6am due to the location of a gas main that needs repairing.

Northern Gas Networks (NGN), the North of England’s gas distributor, are due to complete the repair.

During this time, a diversion will be in place to allow traffic to travel into Durham and NGN’s Customer Care Officers will be speaking to residents to inform them about the work in advance of and during the process.
