Traffic delays after oil tanker breaks down in Hartlepool
Drivers in Hartlepool have faced delays this morning after an oil tanker broke down.
It happened on the A689 next to Owton Manor Lane, near Owton Lodge in the town, earlier this morning.
A Cleveland Police spokeswoman said the vehicle's driver is waiting for a recovery team to come and take the HGV away.
