Transfer latest: Boro loan Bryn Morris to high-flying Walsall
Hartlepool-born Middlesbrough midfielder Bryn Morris has joined League One promotion chasers Walsall on loan.
The former England U19 captain – who attended High Tunstall College of Science – must wait for his debut, though, as he is ineligible for Saturday’s FA Cup fourth round tie at Reading, having played for York City on loan in the first round.
Morris, 19, has already had two stints out on loan, making seven appearances for League One Coventry City and four at York City in League Two.
He has made two league appearances for Boro, making his bow in an FA Cup tie against Hastings three years ago this month.
