Where and when roadworks will be happening in Hartlepool in the next week

Hartlepool Borough Council and utility companies will be carrying out work at five locations in town over the next week, which will involve a combination of lane closures and temporary traffic lights.

Some will be in place all day while others for set hours.

The details of the works are as follows:

Powlett Road/Cleveland Road: Temporary road closures for roundabout maintenance by Hartlepool Borough Council all day June 22 for three weeks; Seaton Lane/Jutland Road/Golden Meadows: Temporary traffic lights for Virgin Media installation all day June 20-24; Owton Manor Lane: Temporary traffic lights for Northumbrian Water sewer cleaning all day June 23; Truro Drive-Wolviston Road roundabout: Temporary lane closures for grass cutting between 9.30am-3.30pm June 18-24; Stockton Road near Torquay Avenue: Temporary lane closures for gas escape by Northern Gas Networks all day June 17-26.
