Two people taken to hospital after collision in Hartlepool town centre
and live on Freeview channel 276
A blue Vauxhall Zafira and a red Vauxhall Astra were involved in the incident which happened near Morrisons at around 10.30am on Friday, May 15, on the junction of Clarence Road and Marina Way.
Police and the North East Ambulance Service attended.
Damage could be seen to metal railings on a pedestrian crossing on Clarence Road.

Hide AdBoth vehicles were recovered from the scene by Ron Perry’s Recovery Service.
An ambulance service spokesperson said: “We were called at 10.29am to an RTC on the junction of the A698/A178 in Hartlepool.
“We dispatched two double crewed ambulances and transported two patients to North Tees Hospital.”
No details of any injuries were given by the ambulance service or the gender of the patients.
