WATCH: Stephen Fry sends good luck message to Jeff Stelling as he prepares to walk from Hartlepool to Wembley

Jeff Stelling will set off on his 10-day challenge from Victoria Park in Hartlepool.

The Sky Sports presenter will set out on his 250-mile journey tomorrow morning as he raises cash for Prostate Cancer UK through his Men United March.

He will leave Victoria Park and walk to Marske, via Middlesbrough FC, going on to walk from one football ground to another on each day of his challenge.

He will head south, aiming to finishing his feat at Wembley Stadium in London on Wednesday, March 30.

Each leg will see the honorary president of Hartlepool United FC, walk for around 10 hours, with faces from the world of football to join him on his task.

Ahead of the walk's launch, Stephen Fry has sent Jeff a message, with the video available to view via the charity's Facebook page.

The QI presenter and broadcaster said: "Millions, and I count myself one of them, spend every Saturday afternoon spending two hours or so gaping in wonderment at your brilliance, your talent, your energy, your zest, your love of the game, your knowledge, your enthusiasm.

"I have tried to practice being Jeff Stelling every Saturday, even if there's a voice coming in my ear which I think would simply distract me more, I couldn't begin to cover the things you do, and for that reason I once described you as the greatest living Englishman.

"A lot of people stopped me in the street and said, in fact hundreds did, and said 'are you mad? That's just rubbish, Jeff Stelling is the greatest living Briton.

"Of course I should have said that.

"And you've proved it once again Jeff with this extraordinary walk that you're doing. Is it 160 miles from Victoria Park, the home of your beloved Monkeyhangers, all the way to Wembley Stadium in aid of Prostate Cancer, the scurge that affects so many men and therefore so many families all over Britain, millions are potentially affected in a lifetime and what you're doing can only help.

"I doff my cap to you and send my love and many eternal thanks for what you're doing."

Pop star Olly Murs has also sent Jeff his good luck wishes, as has former QPR player Trevor Sinclair

Jeff's route will be:

Day one, March 21: Hartlepool United to Marske, via Middlesbrough FC.

Day two, March 22: York City to Leeds United.

Day three, March 23: Doncaster Rovers to Scunthorpe United.

Day four, March 24: Rotherham United to Chesterfield FC, via Sheffield Wednesday and Sheffield United.

Day five, March 25: Morning, Derby County to Burton Albion. Afternoon: Cavendish Bridge to Nottingham.

Day six, March 26: Wolves to Birmingham City, via Walsall, West Brom and Aston Villa.

Day seven, March 27: Coventry City to Leicester City.

Day eight, March 28: Northampton Town to MK Dons.

Day nine, March 29: Luton Town to Watford, via St Albans City FC.

Day 10, March 30: AFC Wimbledon to Wembley Stadium, via Brentford, Chelsea, Fulham and QPR.
