It will be cloudy, but dry until around 11am. The temperature won’t rise above 4C and there will be a fresh breeze.

Rain is expected to fall from around 11am to 5pm and heaviest at about 2pm. Temperatures will be around 4C, but gusts of wind of up to 26mph will make it feel more like -1C at times.
