Will you join in with the half-term fun in Hartlepool?
The Oscar Playcentre will hold an out-of-school holiday club for children aged three to 16 from Tuesday, May 31 to Friday, June 3 the spring bank holiday half term.
The play centre at West Hartlepool Rugby Club, in Catcote Road, which has been running for more than 20 years, has been hailed as ‘outstanding’ by Ofsted inspectors.

Hide AdDuring the week, parents can drop their children off at 8am, where breakfast will be provided for them when they arrive.
They will then embark on an action-packed day of fun, with activities designed for children of all ages, before being collected again by their parents at 5.45pm.
A wide range of activities has been lined up throughout the week, to ensure children will have a different adventure every day.
Sandra Robinson, the council’s out-of-school co-ordinator, said: “The team have put together a varied programme which includes fun with food, face painting, making a totum pole, sports and games and needlework.

Hide Ad“We’ve also got trips lined up to the Vue Cinema, Summerhill and Burn Valley Gardens.
“Our experienced team are great with the children and everyone is looking forward to the half-term programme.
“As a parent myself, I know how difficult it can be to balance working and looking after the children and Oscar’s can ease the pressure on parents.
“The emphasis is always on fun at Oscar’s and parents can relax knowing that their children are enjoying themselves and are in safe hands.”

Hide AdThe Oscar Playcentre also operates an after-school service on weekdays, which involves children being collected from school and taken to the Catcote Road centre.
Here, they take part ina range of activities before being picked up before 6pm.
