A gym owner from Hartlepool is giving 15 lucky Mail readers the chance to take part in free personal training sessions.
Trainer Ste Cotson, the owner of the Lab Gym in Hartlepool, is giving away four weeks worth of personal training bootcamp sessions to help kick start their fitness in time for the summer.
The free bootcamps called ‘The Weigh Forward’ will kick off next month at The Lab Gym in Darlington Street, in Hartlepool.
The 26-year-old from the Headland area, is offering readers who wouldn’t normally be able to afford to join a gym the chance to train with him three times a week for four weeks at no cost.
Ste said he wanted to help those in the town who wanted to change for the better, but didn’t have the means to do so.
He said: “Obesity is a big problem, so I wanted to do something to give people who couldn’t afford to train the opportunity to train, lose weight, and educate themselves on keeping healthy.
“I want readers to come forward to take part in the challenge which I am calling ‘The Weigh Forward’
“I will coach them for three sessions a week for four weeks and the one who loses the most weight at the end of it all will get a prize.”
As well as the free personal training bootcamps worth £50, the winner of the challenge will receive a one-year free gym pass at The Lab Gym in Hartlepool.

Once entries are in for the challenge, The Mail will select a few lucky winners and follow them on their fitness journey.
Those taking part will train with Ste, who has been in the industry for around three years.
Ste added: “I will train 10 to 15 people who can’t afford to train due to personal circumstances.
“I want to help those who want to change for the better to help themselves.
“The sessions will take place at my gym and we will all train together as a team.
“I am hoping the bootcamp will kickstart participants’ fitness in time for the summer.”
Applicants must be men and women over the age of 18 who will be available to train on Mondays and Wednesdays from 4.30pm to 5.30pm and on Saturdays from 1pm to 2pm.
