Witness appeal after car and lorry collide on A19

Police are appealing for witnesses after a crash between a car and a lorry on the A19.

The crash was reported at 6.30pm on Tuesday and involved a black Ford Fiesta and a HGV on the A19 southbound, 500 mters prior to the A66 eastbound turn-off.

The 20-year-old female driver of the Fiesta suffered minor injuries.
